You book online repair service for your smartphone/tablet through www.makemymobile.co.in. Once the order is placed, we shall arrange pickup of your device from your doorstep and email the details to you. One of our executives from the logistic team comes for pickup of your device. The device is brought to our lab where it is properly repaired, tested and delivered back to your address all within 24-72 hours.

We work 7 days a week between 10 am to 8 pm.

Without given any estimate we can’t repair any mobile ,at the time of estimate you can cancel your order. After our delivery team delivered your mobile to you with out any charge.

Only the device manufacturer’s authorized service provider can claim their parts as original. We use AAA top quality parts. The functionality and sensitivity of the parts are at per with the original parts.

Yes, we provides 90 days(except mobile screen and touch in that case we provide 30days warranty) of warranty on the parts replaced. The warranty covers defects not owing to subsequent physical damage by customer or by any other reason.

The warranty does not protect against: Subsequent mishandling that causes the frame to bend, twist, or crack • Subsequent accidental or purposeful drops,• Water damage,• Tampering with internal hardware, • Damage resulting from attempted customer self-repairs, • Software issues unrelated to the repair, • Jail-broken devices,• New damages unrelated to the original repair, • Any loss of data occurring as a result of the repair - customers are advised to back up all data prior to repair attempt. Our warranty also does not cover the outcome of a repair if certain pre-repair conditions exist, including:• Existence of known manufacturing and/or performance issues related to the device separate from the repair, as noted prior to the repair • Existence of damage to the frame of device, as noted prior to the repair • Water damage, • Jail-broken devices, • Tampering with internal hardware: under certain conditions, internal damage may make a repair impossible. Our Specialist will be able to explain in further detail upon diagnosing your specific device. If in doubt, we recommend that you do not attempt to repair on your own, as any damage may affect the reparability of your device.• The warranty is valid only for the specific device repaired and the original customer; it is not transferable across devices or if the device is sold or given to another individual.
